This blend is great to help with those tight muscles that you usually feel before or after a workout. This is an overall good cream to use for minor aches and pains. If you find yourself getting cramps more often then usual this is a great cream to calm that down. This cream has also been known to subside minimal symptoms of neuropathy.

Uses:

• After/Before a workout clean the area that you want to address and then rub a desired amount into the muscle that usually gives you an issue. Little goes a long way.
• If your legs are cramping at night then rub some cream before sleep to get some rest. Keep by your bed in case you need to apply more. If you don’t get cramps often, but hit you out of the blue then apply to the area as you rub out the cramp or immediately after to aid in relaxing the muscle.
• For neuropathy apply cream to the area of trouble as needed. Again a little goes a long way.

Water infused with Organic Chamomile Botanicals (Chamaemelum Nobile), Organic Sunflower Oil, Emulsifying Wax NF (vegetable derived), Cetyl Alcohol (non-drying emollient), Organic Decyl Cocoate (Ecocert), Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Phenoxethol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Aminomethyl Propanol (for gentle pH balance).

Although this cream is designed to be used on occasion it can be used daily for up to four weeks several times a day. If symptoms persist please contact your physician.

Life Essential Blends (LEB) recommends when using a new product or blend to test a small area of the forearm first. Wait for 10-15 minutes to be sure there no irritation reaction is being stimulated.

Shelf Life:

Best if used within 18 months of purchase. Product may last longer than recommended time however, LEB will always error on the side of safety. if there is a rancid smell please discontinue use.
