Benefits:

• Relieve mild symptoms such as bloating, cramping, nausea, indigestion and upset stomach
• Has also been known to help with mild heartburn
• Can help minimize symptoms of diarrhea and constipation

Uses:

Rub a small or desired amount of cream in a clock wise motion onto the belly. Start at right bellow the breast bone all the way down to just above the pubic bone. The digestive system is comprised of more than just the stomach. Right below the ribs on the right hand side is your liver. Fennel is known to be a great helper to the liver so including that into your application may be beneficial.

You can also add a motion of a downward stroke from below breast bone to above pubic to stimulate flow as well.

• Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) Organically grown
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Organically grown
• Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia) USDA certified organic
• Marjoram Sweet (Origanum marjorana) USDA-certified organic
• Orange (Citrus sinensis)Wildcrafted
• Lemon (Citrus limon) is Organically grown
• Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
• Peppermint (Menta x piperita) Organically grown

Cream:

Water infused with Organic Chamomile Botanicals (Chamaemelum Nobile), Organic Sunflower Oil, Emulsifying Wax NF (vegetable derived), Cetyl Alcohol (non-drying emollient), Organic Decyl Cocoate (Ecocert), Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Phenoxethol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Aminomethyl Propanol (for gentle pH balance).

Safety & Shelf Life

Safety:

Fennel essential oil is not to be used on children under five. Contraindicated for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Lime essential oil is usually phototoxic if cold pressed. The essential oil we use is distilled and therefore NOT phototoxic.

Lemon essential oil is Phototoxic when used in a blend at more than 12 drops per 1 ounce/30 ml. Otherwise non-toxic, LEB uses lemon in a less than 0.5% dilution which is safe topically.

Some research suggest that peppermint oil is contraindicated in case of cardiac fibrillation and for G6PD deficiency. LEB uses peppermint in less than 0.5% dilution with this product. Please consult your physician to make sure it’s safe to use.

Life Essential Blends (LEB) recommends when using a new product or blend to test a small area of the forearm first. Wait for 10-15 minutes to be sure there no irritation reaction is being stimulated.

Recommended to be used for ages 11+

Shelf Life:

The product is best used within 18 months after purchase. Product may last longer than purposed date, however LEB will always error on the side of safety. Stop using if the product starts to smell rancid.
