Benefits & Uses

Benefits:

• Help reduce or relieve some or all symptoms associated with headaches and/or migraines
• Stress and tension reducer
• Easy to cary and apply roll on bottle

Usage:

• Roll oil on the back of the neck and skull. Massage gently with hands to help reduce symptoms. Also, roll on the forehead and on the temples. Avoid getting too close to the eyes. External use only.

Ingredients:

• Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) USDA organic
• Eucalyptus (eucalyptus globulus) Organically grown
• Marjoram Sweet (Origonum majorana) USDA organic
• Trauma oil: A mixture of olive oil infused with Arnica, Calendula, and *St. John’s Wort.

*As of now there is no scientific evidence contraindicative to using St. John’s Wort Infused Oil topically if you are on blood thinners. When applying topically it is at your own discretion. If you notice any abnormalities developing when using it, then discontinue topical use.

Safety & Shelf Life

Safety:

Headache Blend is in a 5% dilution. Not to be used for long periods of time. If symptoms persist for longer than two weeks medical attention may be necessary. Recommended for ages 11+

Life Essential Blends (LEB) recommends when using a new product or blend to test a small area of the forearm first. Wait for 10-15 minutes to be sure there no irritation reaction is being stimulated.

Shelf Life:

The product is best used within 2 years after purchase. Shelf life may be longer, however LEB will always error on the side of safety. Stop use if the product smells rancid.
