Benefits and Uses

Benefits:

• Easy to carry and ready to use
• Help reduce or relieve some or all symptoms of a stiff neck
• Helps reduce tension
• Reduces pain and inflammation

Usage:

• Roll oil on the back of the neck and skull. Massage gently with hands to help reduce symptom. Also roll on forehead and on temples. Avoid getting too close to the eyes. External use only.

• Helichrysum (Helichrysum gymnocephalum)
• Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)
• Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct camphor/Salvia rosmarinus)
• Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
• Plai (Zingiber cassumunar)
• Trauma oil (Arnica, Calendula and St. John’s Wort infused in olive oil)

*As of now there is no scientific evidence contraindicative to using St. John’s Wort Infused Oil topically if you are on blood thinners. When applying topically it is at your own discretion. If you notice any abnormalities developing when using it, then discontinue topical use.

Safety and Shelf Life

Safety:

Recommended for ages 10+

Life Essential Blends (LEB) recommends when using a new product or blend to test a small area of the forearm first. Wait for 10-15 minutes to be sure there no irritation reaction is being stimulated.

Shelf Life:

The product is best used within 18 months after purchase. This is an estimated time frame. It may last longer, however LEB likes to error on the side of safety. Stop using if the product starts to smell rancid.
